A “DREAM IT” Board and a Management Team have been set up to govern the project.  The Datacom Company has been selected by IDRC as a grant recipient for their successful implementation of earlier IT projects of IDRC in Mongolia. The Project Director and the Board Chairman is Dr. D. Enkhbat, Member of the Parliament.
